UK Events - Shipments arriving from outside of the UK:

**IMPORTANT NOTICE** If you are shipping from outside the UK to our advanced warehouse or directly the venue, please note customs formalities will be required in the UK. To clear your shipment through UK customs, your transport provider / freight forwarder or courier will need a UK EORI Number. GES cannot provide our EORI details for these clearances, unless we are specifically instructed to manage the import on your behalf. This request must be made in advance of shipping from your premises. You can, however, apply for a UK EORI by clicking on the below link:

https://www.gov.uk/eori/apply-for-eori

Please note, you do not need to be a UK registered company to apply for this. The form is quick to complete and usually only takes a few hours to receive your UK EORI. Your courier company will usually request this EORI Number at the point of placing your order. Please ensure to ship this under the correct Incoterm Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Any shipments sent outside of these terms may be delayed in customs, incur additional costs or potentially not be released by customs in time for the event.

Onsite Storage Solutions:

If you have requested handling for your Empty or Priority cases, Accessible Products or Full Goods please ensure to visit the Logistics Service Desk to confirm your items are ready for collection and to collect your labels. GES will only collect items with our storage labels attached.
